1. Let’s Talk
The first step to any successful partnership is understanding. And, we are eager to hear it all. We will do a deep dive into your trip wants, hopes, and what you’d like to avoid. We will share our interpretation and allow you to determine if we make a good fit for your trip. We want to be your advisor and the discover call is our chance to interview each other to see if we make a great fit.
2. Personalizing for You
Curating the best choices to fit your vision for your trip is our goal. In fact, we tout our mission statement to be “plan each trip as if it were your own.” We take this step very seriously. Utilizing our vast list of resources, we will work to design a trip better than you imagined possible. Expect us to devote an average of 20 hours of design time into your itinerary tapping as many resources as we can find to build your unique itinerary.
3. Working our Connections
This is delightfully collaborative. You ask and we will explore every way possible to deliver your WOW. Once we’ve suggested a location or property, the ideas begin and we will tweak and refine your itinerary until it’s perfect. Tapping into our list of resources, we will put the pieces together for a seamless, delightful trip. Two weeks prior to departure, you will receive a finalized itinerary and access to a mobile app full of all the details & resources.
4. We Got Your Back
Never before has it been as important to have a trusted advocate in the background for you while you travel. Unexpected events require personal attention that JJT will provide, 24/7. Enjoy every second, we are a phone call away & your guardian angels from afar … and we’d love to see pictures as you go!
