We rely on our power of providers and suppliers to WOW you from start to finish - and - for us to succeed, you to then refer us to your friends. We are your protector, your advocate, your collaborator.
Custom Planning Services
Jodianne Johnson Travel can totally, completely, soup to nuts plan your adventure. After we’ve spoken about your trip particulars, we will invest upwards of 20 hours of design time to prepare a customized itinerary for you and another 20 or more to tweak, manage and, if needed, assist you during your journey. You will receive the added perks and amenities our network of resources provides. With adequate advance planning, you will access competitive rates, priority access and those “extra” curated experiences. At times, JJT is compensated by the properties and experiences we choose for your trip, at no additional charge to you. As we prepare your trip particulars and select the best choices for your trip, we will charge a planning fee to kick off the process; $500/ week for a family of 4 (depending on the components your trip requires). Last minute planning, or festive planning will require additional fees. All advisory fees will be communicated up front, and are non-refundable whether you book or not.
Net Price Planning Services
Should your trip have components that are out of the norm or using suppliers that do not pay commission, no problem. Your trip is crafted exclusively for you. We can provide industry net rates shared with full transparency throughout the process. For the design and management of industry net price travel, 15% of the net cost of the trip or particular component will be due at the time of booking.
A La Carte & Airline Booking Services
Need just a little help booking a VIP rate at a hotel you’ve chosen? Happy to help. Conditions apply, from complimentary to $100 per booking
Cruise consultation, booking: $250
Travel Insurance consultation: Varies, complimentary if trip booked via JJT
Concierge Services: Varies. For complete JJT trips, assistance booking restaurants, spa appointments, show tickets, etc. are complimentary with 30 days notice. Within 30 days, fees vary up to $50 a booking.
Airline Bookings: Management of any private, first, business class ticket with 24/7 monitoring and coordination of any alterations to your schedule providing a truly hassle-free, seamless experience:
Domestic Airfare, $75 per ticket, $250 maximum per family
International Airfare, $100 per ticket, $400 maximum per family
Bookings using air miles is available, fee varies
